  12. IMHO, I think programming, in addition to any other discipline, 
  13. requires a certain amount of desire and committment.  If your SO 
  14. doesn't _want_ to program, don't try to force the issue because 
  15. that's what right for _you_.

  17. If, however, you wish to "lure" him into it, try showing him the 
  18. Help Wanted section of the paper... the job market is fairly good 
  19. for C++, networking, OO, Windows, etc.  Matbe HTML stuff might 
  20. suit his fancy a bit more...
